How will 'solve-the-riddle', or like in my company's case, 'solve-the-development-problem' literally written on a whiteboard or put on a computer screen in front of them. It helps us get the developers that can solve the problems that we're facing on a daily basis because its a tailored test, but how does it affect the people who don't pass?
