Google Good, other engines bad

Take a look at this article on ZDNet News, the top search engines were subpoenaed to hand over a large amount of 'non private data.' But if you read, there is nothing to prevent them from sending over another subpoena when they find people that 'possibly broke the law.'

In my opinion this is a dirty tactic and a shell game by the government to take a stab at our privacy. It makes absolutely no difference what-so-ever if you have something to hide or not, its your privacy, and people have fought long hard wars to get it in the first place -- don't let it go easily just in the name of security.
